Grateful for 2025, Grounded for What’s Next

A year-in-review from Brittney Bell on real estate, community, and what’s ahead for Kitsap County in 2026

As we step into a new year, I find myself reflecting on everything 2025 brought our way—both personally and within the Kitsap County real estate market—and feeling incredibly grateful.

At Crafted Real Estate, our work has never just been about homes. It’s about people, trust, community, and showing up with intention every step of the way. This past year reminded us just how powerful those connections can be.

A Year We’re Proud Of

In 2025, we had the privilege of guiding 54 families through their real estate journeys—20 buyers and 34 sellers, each with a unique story, timeline, and set of goals. Together, we reached $28,881,215 in real estate sales volume, serving clients throughout Kitsap County and beyond.

One thing that stood out this year was how far those connections stretched. We helped 13 sellers outside of Kitsap County, reinforcing that strong strategy, communication, and advocacy travel well—no matter the location.

Community at the Heart of What We Do

Giving back has always been central to who we are at Crafted. In 2025, our Feeding the Heart Food Drive brought our community together in a big way. With your help, we collected 2,400 pounds of food and raised $2,000, all benefiting the Bremerton Foodline, which supports families across Kitsap County.

We also loved connecting face-to-face throughout the year—from Popsicles in the Park, to Pride celebrations, to cheering together at the Rainiers game. These moments matter just as much to us as the transactions themselves.

A Personal Note

I’m deeply honored to share that in 2025 I was ranked among the top-performing brokers in our area:

  • Top 25 NWMLS brokers for most transactions in Kitsap County

  • Top 25 NWMLS brokers representing sellers in Kitsap County

  • Top 40 NWMLS brokers for highest sales volume in Kitsap County

While these recognitions are meaningful, what matters most is the trust behind them. Especially in a year where I also supported more than 13 sellers outside our local market, it reaffirmed that relationships—not geography—are what drive successful outcomes.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we look toward 2026, we’re entering the year with optimism and clarity. We anticipate a more balanced Kitsap County real estate market, with modest inventory growth and steady demand creating new opportunities for both buyers and sellers.

Whether you’re considering selling, planning your next move, or simply staying informed about the local market, we’re always happy to talk strategy, answer questions, or meet for coffee and catch up.

And yes… now let’s bowl. 🎳
We’re kicking off the year with our VIP Bowling Event and Feeding the Heart Food Drive. Space is limited, so if you’re planning to join us, please be sure to RSVP—we’d love to see you there.

Thank you for being part of this community, for trusting us with your stories, and for helping make 2025 such a meaningful year.

Here’s to what we’ll build together next.

With gratitude,
Brittney Bell
