It is natural to want to know how your property is performing. After all, we can look up stock prices and know in an instant what you could sell those holdings for. It isn’t as straightforward when it comes to real estate. Values change as there are more buyers or sellers in the market and how those buyers may react to your house.  It is important to know that determining market value is not as easy as putting your address into a search engine. These values could be off by tens of thousands of dollars if not more. Only a real estate expert can truly ascertain market value by looking at dozens of metrics – many of which cannot be measured by a computer. While our home valuation will do its best to get you the insistent value of your property, once I see the report generated, I will be in touch to do a full market valuation.
