Meet TONI
Managing Founder | The BossToni has worked with real estate brokers since the early 2000s and with Brittney since 2012. While working with Brittney Bell, in 2014 she was asked to assist their brokerage at the time in reviewing the broker's transaction files and other brokerage needs. In 2023 Brittney Bell, Sarah Purves, and Toni decided to open their own real estate office, Crafted Real Estate. Although Toni works primarily behind the scenes, she makes sure client transactions are completed accurately and timely. She ensures that files are audit-ready, organized, and all “i”s are dotted and “t”s crossed.
She also assists with marketing – both property marketing and marketing for our team. She specializes in both print and online marketing and has an understanding of how Google rankings work as well as search terms and how to achieve them – great news for your listing when it is time to sell.
You may not meet Toni during your transaction but she does know who you are as she is the key member ensuring that you have a smooth transaction. That's why she is called "The Boss".
